SHIPPING IS COMPLIMENTARY WORLDWIDE.

We use DHL Express Service or its nominated carriers to send out all orders.

Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

When orders are shipped internationally, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures upon reaching your destination. This can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Maticevski cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or other associated processes.

Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, New Zealand,  Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor Leste, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu.

Maticevski cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees, that may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer. Please note if you refuse to pay the duties and taxes invoiced at the destination and request to cancel your order, all shipping fees and admin charges related to this cancelled order will be deducted from your final refund. 

Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. To comply with Australia Export Regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as dutiable merchandise.

Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Algeria, Bolivia, Brazil, Central African Republic, Chad, Colombia, Congo-Kinshasa (DRC), Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Ethiopia, Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Kenya, Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Lebanon, Libya, Madagascar, Mali, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestinian Authority (Gaza And West Bank), Russia, Russia North Caucasus (Chechnya, Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, Ossetia), Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen, Zimbabwe.




Orders received on the weekend or on a Public Holiday will be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with details of your delivery including a tracking number.

You must have a complete address, including a company name where applicable and at least one telephone number.

Please note that during peak times, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

International Orders will have a delivery time frame of 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

A signature will be required for all deliveries. Should no-one be available to sign for your delivery, a calling card will be left by the shipping company.
