Do I have to create an account to place an order?


No, you are also welcome to checkout as a guest. Creating an account enables you to view your previous orders and update your address information. 

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?


You can request to reset your password when logging in to your account. Just tick the box that says 'I've forgotten my password' and we will email you a link to reset it.

Where are your stores?


Maticevski does not have a stand-alone store. We are stocked globally. You can find our stockists list here.

What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?


Contact us as soon as you notice there is anything wrong with your order. You can reach us at or at +61 3 9689 9144 between Monday and Friday 9am-5.00pm AEST. Just quote your order number and we will endeavor to assist you as best we can.

What size should I order?


We recommend checking your size on our size chart on the product page to ensure you are selecting the right size.

Which payment methods does Maticevski accept?


Maticevski accepts Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and, we are partnered with Afterpay and Humm.

Which payment methods are not accepted?


We do not accept Diners Club cards. Maticevski does not offer a lay-buy service. 

How do I know if an item is in stock?


If you can select your size, the item is in stock. Unfortunately, due to the limited nature of our stock levels, if an item is out of stock it may not be possible to purchase it from our online store. However, we do advise that you contact us to check if the style can be located elsewhere.

I've received my item and it doesn't fit. What should I do?


Contact us immediately so that we can endeavor to locate your correct size.

Can I get a refund?


We offer a full refund or exchange on full-priced items. We offer an exchange only for sales items. There is no exchange or return on items on final sale or clearance. To find out more about our Returns and Exchange Policy here. Please note that in order for any item to be returned for a refund or exchange, the item needs to be returned in the same condition it was sold in, and within 10 business days of you receiving it. If the item is returned in a damaged or soiled condition, the item may be returned to you and a refund or exchange refused.

Can you hold an item for me?


Maticevski cannot hold items in our online store. Please note that 'adding to bag' does not hold the item. An item is only secured once payment has been received. Other customers can still view and purchase any item that is in your shopping bag.

How can I track my order?


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with details including a tracking number.

Are there any countries that Maticevski does not ship to?


Unfortunately, Maticevski is not able to ship to Russia.

Where can I try Maticevski garments on?


Please refer to our Stockist Page for all of our recommended retailers. 

Does Maticevski provide alterations?


Maticevski is not able to provide an alterations service. Kindly note that should you need to have one of your Maticevski garments altered, we recommend finding a competent and well-recommended seamstress due to the technical construction of our garments.

Do you cover duties and taxes?


If purchasing in AUD, Maticevski does not cover any duties or sales taxes that might be applied when importing our goods into your country. We recommend contacting your local customs office to check the fees your order may be subject to.

Can I get something custom-made if it is out of stock?


Unfortunately, we are not able to produce custom orders of our Ready To Wear Collections.

How do I store and clean my Maticevski garments?


We recommend storing all Maticevski garments by covering and hanging them in a dark, well-ventilated spot. Please refer to the unique cleaning instructions on the care label of your garment or follow this link for general product care.
