MATICEVSKI SUGGESTS USING AN INSURED SHIPPING COMPANY TO RETURN YOUR GOODS AS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCT UNTIL IT REACHES US. WE OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING ON DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS, HOWEVER SHOULD YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR A CHANGE OF MIND/INCORRECT SIZE, THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. OF COURSE WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, HOWEVER PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR REFUND TO APPEAR IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
