No you can shop as a guest. However having an account with us also means you can:

Where are your stores?
Maticevski does not have any standalone stores; we do however have approved retailers/stockists. To find out if you have a store in your area please contact us at email@example.com
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
If you received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order. Please email us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you as a matter of urgency.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, or you have found that what you ordered is not suitable, we have a 7day return policy.
What size should I order?
There is a Universal SIZE CHART that shows all international and Australian sizing conversions. (please note we do have a general measurement chart that applies to all Maticevski product to ensure you select the correct sizing)
Which payment methods does Maticevski accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
Which Payment methods are NOT accepted?
Cheque, Money Order, COD and Diners Card
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If you are able to select your colour and size we have your selected item available. Please note that until you finalize your purchase, another customer can purchase your item/s, as we do not reserve stock that is held in your shopping bag. Items marked as Sold Out are not available for purchase on the website, but please don't hesitate to contact us, as they may be available through one of our approved stockists. What are the delivery charges?
We offer complimentary delivery to addresses within Australia using the Australia Post service. Delivery fees internationally vary based on your location. Items are delivered using DHL and its affiliated services. Please see our link to international courier charges in your region based on size and weight.

How can I change currency?
On each product page, you will have the function to see an approximate conversion into the following currencies: GBP, EUR, USD. All purchases are made in AUD, other currency rates shown should only be used as a guide. Please note when converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2% to 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.
Where is my order?
ONCE YOUR ORDER IS DISPATCHED FROM OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTRE, WE WILL EMAIL YOU WITH A SPECIFIC TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR ORDER. PLEASE NOTE DURING PROMOTIONAL AND PEAK PERIODS, ALLOW UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED BEFORE SHIPPING - THIS MAY CAUSE A DELAY IN YOUR ORDER BEING RECEIVED. How can I return an item?

When will my refund show up in my account?
Once we have received your item, and your return has been approved, we will process your refund onto the payment method in which you used to purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to return to your account. If your refund does not appear please contact us immediately on email@example.com

I’ve seen an item in the press but I can’t find it online?
Maticevski may not feature every style in our E-boutique. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if an item that you have seen in a magazine or on a celebrity is not pictured on the site.
